Whatever role I'm in, my primary aim is to help people and organisations to think effectively for themselves in ways that enable them to make progress.
Although the bulk of my work has been in the area of careers and employability, I have also supported people with leadership and management development, personal effectiveness, and communication.
For many years, I have been involved in the training and continuing development of career development professionals (including six years serving as AGCAS Learning Director).
I am an advocate of critical reflective practice and systems thinking.
