I am a Senior Researcher at ISEAK Foundation (Bilbao), where I work at the intersection of academic research and applied policy consulting. I earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the European University Institute (EUI). 

I am an applied microeconomist with an interest in labour economics, economics of education, and behavioral economics. My work focuses on developing data-driven evidence to support organizational decision-making, drawing on diagnostic analysis, experimental designs, and impact evaluation. 

To this end, I use a broad set of computational and empirical methods, including survey experiments, quasi-experimental techniques, ML, and text-analysis, with a strong emphasis on translating rigurous analysis into acctionable insights.
