This was my first time creating pixel art character sprites, I learned about the process of creating assets in the right scale and also animating the sprites.. I also learned about creating the sprites for the correct camera view in this case a top down style. The base character sprite was used as a starting point for the characters, due to time restraints I wasn't able to complete the sprites for the other characters. I definitely learned a lot about the importance of time management, working with a deadline and hitting goals on time.
These are the tilesheets I created using libresprite for my teams game jam submission. This was my first time creating tilesheets and I learned alot about the process during this time.
