Your privacy is important to us. Fb ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use our App. The App functions without collecting personal identifiable information.
When you use our App, we may automatically collect certain information through third-party services:
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers
Usage Data: App usage statistics, crash reports, and performance data (via Firebase Analytics)
Advertising Data: Advertising ID for personalized ads (via Google AdMob)
The information we collect is used to:
Provide and maintain the App functionality
Display advertisements through Google AdMob
Analyze app usage to improve user experience
Identify and fix technical issues
Send push notifications (only if you opt-in)
Our App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data to show personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings or the AdMob consent dialog.

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
Downloaded videos and audio files are stored locally on your device in the App's designated folders (for example, Movies/FastViu_Videos and Music/FastViu_Audio on Android). We do not upload, store, or access your downloaded content on any server. All downloads remain entirely on your device.
The App uses Android scoped storage / MediaStore APIs to save and list only files created by the App in those folders. We do not scan or read your entire photo/video library.
If you uninstall the App and install it again, previously downloaded files may still exist on your device storage or in your phone's gallery/file manager, but they may no longer appear in the App's Download History. This is expected behavior on modern Android versions.
Why this happens:
When the App is uninstalled, Android removes the App's media library records (MediaStore ownership).
After reinstall, the App can only reliably show downloads it saves again or media records it owns through scoped storage.
To protect your privacy, the App does not request broad storage permissions to read all media on your device.
Important: Your files are not deleted by the App when this happens — they may still be accessible from your device's gallery or file manager.
Our App requires the following permissions to function properly:
INTERNET: Required to download videos from supported platforms and display advertisements.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to send download completion notifications (optional, can be disabled in device settings).
VIBRATE: Used for notification feedback.
Storage (Android 9 and below only): Legacy write access for saving downloads on older Android versions.
Note: The App does not request READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_MEDIA_AUDIO, or broad all-files access. We only access media saved by the App in its own download folders.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with analytics providers to improve our services.
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information immediately.
You have the right to:
Opt out of personalized advertising
Disable push notifications
Revoke app permissions at any time through device settings
Clear app data from your device
Uninstall the App at any time
We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Fb is a video downloading tool. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to download content and comply with applicable copyright laws and the terms of service of content platforms. We do not host, store, or distribute any video content.
After uninstall, Android clears the App's media records. Without broad storage permissions, the reinstalled App cannot automatically rebuild its full History from older files. Your files may still be on the device and visible in gallery/file manager.
Not always. On many devices, files saved to public folders remain on your phone after uninstall. However, the App cannot guarantee they will reappear in History after reinstall.
No. The App only accesses media files saved by the App itself in its designated download folders.
Videos and audio are saved in the App's designated folders on your device (for example, Movies/FastViu_Videos and Music/FastViu_Audio on Android).
