Students are responsible for completing the COVID-19 School and Child Care Screening Tool every day before going to school in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Screening helps to prevent infected workers and others from entering the workplace, and it can help reduce the possibility of transmission at work. Employees can complete the COVID-19 Worker and Employee Screening Tool and help us return to a safer work environment.
In order to prevent COVID-19 from entering the workplace, you may be asked to complete the Customer Screening before entering a business or public place, even if you have been vaccinated and have proof of vaccination.
