Pickup master ("com.datingtracker.app") is a personal tracking app. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
com.datingtracker.app stores all of your data locally on your device. There is no backend server, no user account, and no cloud sync - the developer does not have access to your data, and it is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
The app stores the following information locally in a database on your device. This data is never transmitted anywhere by the app, except as described in "Data Shared with Third Parties" below:
Profile information you enter (names, notes, dates, categories, and similar fields you create)
Photos you add via your device's photo picker or camera
Calendar/event and task information you create within the app
App settings and preferences (e.g. theme, language)
Crash reporting. This app uses Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to automatically collect crash reports and diagnostic data (device model, OS version, app version, stack traces) when the app crashes. This helps us identify and fix bugs. Crashlytics does not receive any of your personal tracking data stored in the app (all of which remains local to your device). Crash data is processed by Google under Firebase's terms: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
The app lets you export your data to a file (for backup) and import it back in. These files are created and read using your device's file system / share sheet, at your direction. The developer does not receive a copy of these files.
If you use the map or address-search features, the app sends the location or search text you enter to OpenStreetMap's free Nominatim geocoding service and OpenStreetMap's map tile servers, in order to show you a map or resolve an address. These are OpenStreetMap Foundation services, not controlled by the developer. See OpenStreetMap's privacy policy for details on what they receive (e.g. your IP address and the query you submit).
If you choose to open a saved location in Google Maps, the app hands that location off to the Google Maps app or website via your device's normal link-opening mechanism. Google's own privacy policy applies to that app/site once opened.
Pro/paid features are purchased through Google Play's in-app billing system. Payment information is handled entirely by Google Play - the app and developer never see your payment details. Google's privacy policy governs that transaction.
Usage Analytics
The app uses Firebase Analytics (a Google service) to understand, in aggregate, how the app's features are used - for example, how often a lead or approach is logged, which screens are opened, or whether a setting is changed. This is anonymous interaction data only:
No names, notes, contacts, photos, dates, or any other content you enter about a lead is ever collected.
No user account or personal identifier is attached to this data - the app has no accounts.
No advertising identifier is collected; the app explicitly opts out of it, so this data cannot be used for ad targeting or cross-app tracking.
Firebase Analytics may automatically collect basic technical information (approximate country-level location derived from IP address, device/OS type, app version) as part of how the service operates.
This data is processed by Google as described in the Google Privacy Policy and is retained according to Firebase's standard analytics data retention settings. To request deletion of this anonymous usage data, contact adrenalinsofa@gmail.com.
The app does not collect, and does not contain code to collect:
Advertising identifiers
Crash/diagnostic reports (no crash-reporting service is integrated)
Contacts, SMS, call logs, or any data from other apps
Any data used for advertising or shared with data brokers
If you enable an optional app lock (available on Android), the app asks your device's operating system to verify your fingerprint, face, or device PIN. This authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system — the app never receives or stores your biometric data.
All data described above lives in local app storage. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data/storage from your device settings, permanently deletes it. Because there is no server-side copy, there is nothing else to delete on request.
This app is not directed at children and is not intended for use by children.
This policy may be updated as the app's features change (for example, if analytics, crash reporting, or new data-sharing features are added in the future). The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
