## 1. Introduction and scope

### 2.1 Content you provide or that is generated on your device
- **Chat screenshots and photo-library imports:** To perform optical character recognition (OCR) and relationship-oriented analysis, you may select screenshots from your library; such content enters processing only when you import it.
- **Text and structured outputs:** Text extracted via OCR, analysis summaries, risk notes, suggested replies, follow-up Q&A, and similar outputs are generated and displayed within the App.
- **Optional context:** Information you voluntarily provide (for example, relationship stage) to improve how results are framed.
- **Local history and preferences:** Saved analyses, favorites, and similar data are stored **on your device** by default.
### 2.2 Subscription and purchase-related information
- **Subscription status:** To unlock Premium features, the App uses **Apple StoreKit** to determine whether your subscription is active. **Payment, billing, and refunds** are handled by **Apple** under Apple’s terms; we do **not** collect your full payment-card number.
- **Transaction identifiers:** Apple may provide developers with anonymized or aggregated subscription-related data to validate entitlements, as described in Apple’s policies.
### 2.3 Device and system capabilities
- **Photo library access:** Requested only when you choose to import screenshots; you may revoke access at any time in **Settings** on iOS.
- **Apple Intelligence / on-device models:** On supported devices, some language understanding or generation may use **on-device capabilities provided by Apple** (for example, Apple Intelligence or system language models), subject to Apple’s documentation for those features.
- **Diagnostics and crash reporting (if enabled):** If we later enable crash or analytics tools with your consent, we will describe categories and opt-out in this Policy. **The shipping product’s in-app disclosures control** until then.

## 3. Purposes of use
We use the information above only to:
- Provide and improve the App: OCR, analysis, follow-ups, history, and the user interface;
- Manage entitlements: distinguish free and Premium features;
- Security and compliance: prevent abuse and comply with applicable law;
- Communicate with you: respond to requests you send through support channels.
We **do not** sell this information to data brokers, use it to build cross-app advertising profiles, or require tracking to unlock core functionality (system permissions for tracking follow iOS and App Store rules).

## 4. Storage, local-first design, and no cloud account
- The App **does not require** you to create a cloud user account.
- Analysis history is stored by default in the App’s **sandbox on your device**; deleting the App or clearing data removes local content according to iOS behavior.
- You may clear local history from **Settings** inside the App.
If we later offer optional cloud sync or accounts, we will update this Policy and provide prominent notice in the App.

- **On-device content:** Retained until you delete it, clear history, or uninstall the App.

- **Clear local history** in the App;

## 8. Children
The App is designed for **adults**. It is not directed at children under **13** (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction). Do not provide content that identifies minors or sensitive chats involving children.

If you are in the EEA, UK, California, or other regions with enhanced privacy rights, your statutory rights apply as provided by local law.
If chat content suggests **immediate risk to safety**, coercion, self-harm, or **child safety** concerns, do not rely on the App—contact emergency services or trusted people immediately.
