In this week’s issue of PEOPLE, multiple sources confirm the pair have been spending time together for well over a year – but it’s nothing serious.
“This is not some intense romance,” a source with knowledge of the situation tells PEOPLE. “Jamie and Katie are friends and have been for a long time. They are two adults who are attractive and single, and so apparently conclusions will be drawn.”
Adds the source: “But contrary to those conclusions, they’re not about to run off and make some serious commitment.”
The actress, whose new drama Mania Days premiered at SXSW over the weekend, bought an L.A.-area home in August and moved there with daughter Suri, 8.
An insider tells PEOPLE Holmes, 36, has been spotted visiting Foxx, 47, “often” at his nearby home and that “they spend hours together” at a time.
While sources don’t expect Holmes to take things to the next level with Foxx, she’s open to another serious relationship one day.
In her November cover story, she told PEOPLE she “absolutely” still believes in love, adding: “I’m a very loving person. Of course I’m open to finding love again.”

v.0.016 Chp.2 So here is DMD v0.16. The main focus for this update was to continue with the story between the main characters, and to prepare for the things to come on Day 17. Hi guys! So here’s DMD v.015: A lot of things have happened this month, and I’m afraid I have some bad news for the game. I’ll try to be as brief as possible. Incest-Related Words Removed This week, Patreon contacted me again and asked that I remove all incest-related words from the game before the end of the month. That means basically removing all references of F and D being relatives in the script. They also asked for me to not link my game to websites that include incest content. Since Chapter 1 is huge and it would take me weeks to make all of those changes, I’ve decided that I will remove the chapter completely from the Patreon posts at the end of the month. All of you have downloaded the game already, so this isn’t really a problem for existing members. I will work on a patch next month so that new members can download it but until that, it's best to take it out of here. The bad news is that from now on, words like d*ughter, f*ther, D*d, etc have been removed completely from Chapter 2. No visual scenes have been changed or deleted. The story won't change either. Just the family-related words have been removed.
I hope that with these changes, I'll be able to stay out of Patreon's radar for a while. Since there won't be any mention of incest or family members in the game, I think they will agree to leave my page alone for the time being. I've already sent them the details of these changes but they haven't replied me back yet. Let's hope they do it next week. A HUGE BUG IN THE NEW CHAPTER (IMPORTANT!) While I was coding the update, I came up with this huge bug that kept crashing my game. I couldn’t solve it in time for the update so I left it there in the code. This bug somehow involves a file called ch2.renpy. It is located inside the game folder. It came with the new Renpy platform, so I don’t know what it exactly does and I’m too afraid to delete it. I’m really sorry about all this, but if I didn’t remove the incest content, I was at risk of being banned again. Yeah, I know what you are thinking with a title like Dating My Daughter and I am kind of there with you. This, as you have guessed, is a XXX, NSFW incest themed game. I am not into incest as a storyline, but at least this one is trying something different with it than other games of this type (like The Twist) go for, but still, the dating your daughter thing is gross no matter how you look at it.
Where Have You Been.
As a visual novel style game, there is a lot and I mean a lot of text here in Dating My Daughter. The story is basically that you have not seen your daughter for a long time and now that she is 18, she wants to go (yes this is all her idea) on a series of daddy-daughter dates so you can get to know each other better. You can see the whole thing coming a mile off, but the game tries to have a kind of “we know this is wrong, but I cannot help it” vibe going on. I am not sure if this is here to make you feel better about what it is you are doing. Also, from my experience, the daughter is the one perusing the relationship, but still, at the end of the day to me, it felt completely wrong.
At Least I Look Good.
While I may not agree with the story of Dating My Daughter, I can say that the character models are great. As well as the daughter, she has a couple of friends who also want to hook up with you. This is the part of the game that I enjoyed, I think more so because of how good the character models in the game are.
Should I Stay Or Should I Go?
This is a visual novel style game and you are working towards getting friendship and relationship points via the choices you make. For example, gawking at her butt can knock you down a point, but asking the right questions may move you up a point. There is not a great deal in the terms of gameplay. It is more trying to figure her out and what she wants. It is worth noting that this is only the first chapter of this game and from what I understand it is still not finished. So perhaps the story could go in a different direction?
I have to say that the subject matter alone makes Dating My Daughter a game that is very, very hard for me to recommend to someone. The game is well made and the graphics are very well done. I also like the idea of working toward getting friendship and relationship points. I have experienced incest in games before, but the whole banging your daughter thing is just a massive and I mean massive turn off for me.
The game looks great The points system is interesting You have to pay attention to the dialogue The two friends are hot You can get it on with the two friends.
The subject matter is not for me at all Not much in the way of gameplay overall.
