Date Logistics respects the privacy of users of the Date Logistic Driver App.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when authorized drivers use our mobile application to manage logistics operations, assigned trips, delivery stops, and related activities.

Technical Information

Record GPS locations associated with operational events
Manage loading, offloading, and stop activities
Process and review driver-submitted issue reports

The App requests location permission to support trip management and logistics activities.
When location permission is granted, GPS coordinates may be recorded when a driver performs relevant actions, such as starting a trip, arriving at a stop, completing loading or offloading, or ending a trip.
Location information is transmitted to the odoo logistics management backend for authorized operational use.
The App's location collection and permission requests must correspond to its actual implemented behavior. Any background location collection, if enabled, must also be disclosed to users.
The App may request access to the device camera or photo library when users choose to upload a profile image or attach photographs to an issue report.
Selected images are used for the relevant application feature and may be stored in the odoo logistics management system.
Information collected through the App may be accessible to authorized personnel responsible for logistics operations, dispatching, administration, and technical support.
Information may also be processed by hosting or technical service providers necessary to operate the App and its backend systems, where applicable.
We do not sell users' personal information.
We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect the security and integrity of our services.
Application information is transmitted to and processed by the backend systems supporting Date Logistic.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
We retain driver information, location records, trip activity records, and issue reports for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, contractual, security, or legal purposes.
Authorized users may contact the organization to request information about their personal data or request deletion, subject to applicable legal and operational retention requirements.
Users may manage certain device permissions, including location and camera access, through their device settings.
Disabling required permissions may prevent certain App features from working correctly.
The Date Logistic Driver App is intended for authorized drivers and logistics personnel and is not designed for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.
The App may rely on infrastructure, hosting, and other technical services to support its functionality.
Where third-party services process user information, the relevant data handling practices and applicable safeguards should be reflected in this policy.
