Terms of Use and End User License Agreement

Welcome to Dateable! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dateable mobile application (“Application”), provided by Furkan Vural (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using our Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
By using the Application, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy).
Personal Data & Inputs
To provide AI-powered relationship insights, Dateable may process information you choose to provide, including but not limited to:
Your answers to in-app questions
Text you type (e.g., descriptions of your relationship, chats, notes)
Optional details such as names, nicknames, dates of birth, zodiac signs, or other relationship-related information
Optional social media usernames or publicly available profile information you choose to share
We process this data solely to generate analyses, improve the Application, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Certain data may be stored and processed through trusted third-party services (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing, and AI model providers). While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Anonymity and Identification
The Application may be used without traditional account registration (such as email/password), but some features may require identifiers provided by Apple (e.g., in-app purchases, device identifiers) to function correctly. Avoid sharing real names or sensitive personal details about others if you are not allowed to do so.
Account Requirement
At the time of these Terms, Dateable does not require you to create a separate user account to access the core experience. If account-based features are introduced in the future, additional terms may apply.
Data Retention and Deletion
Deleting or uninstalling the Application from your device does not automatically delete data already stored on our servers or on third-party infrastructure.
If you would like to request deletion of data associated with your use of Dateable, you can contact us at furkanvural52@gmail.com. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
The Application may offer one or more paid subscription plans (for example, weekly, monthly, or other periods), and some plans may include a free trial period.
Subscription pricing, duration, and benefits are displayed clearly within the Application and in the App Store.
Billing, free trials, renewals, and cancellations are managed through Apple’s standard in-app purchase and subscription policies.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings.
Any changes to pricing or subscription structure will generally apply from the next billing period and will follow Apple’s policies.
All rights to the Application and its content are owned by Furkan Vural (and/or its licensors). This includes, but is not limited to:
App design, branding, UI elements, and graphics
Text, copy, and question frameworks
Algorithms, prompts, and analysis logic
AI-generated output, reports, and visualizations (to the extent permitted by law)
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application, except as permitted by applicable law.
To provide its core functionalities, Dateable may integrate with third-party services, such as (by way of example and not limitation):
Cloud infrastructure and databases (e.g., hosting providers, Firebase or similar services)
Analytics and crash-reporting tools
Payment and subscription management (e.g., Apple in-app purchases, RevenueCat or similar)
AI and machine-learning providers used to generate relationship analyses
Your use of the Application may therefore be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers in addition to these Terms.
The Application is distributed via the Apple App Store and may be available in multiple countries and regions. Availability, features, and languages can vary depending on your location and App Store region.
You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations applicable to your use of Dateable. If local law prohibits the use of the Application or certain features, you must refrain from such use.

We will use reasonable efforts to respond to your inquiry and help resolve issues related to your use of Dateable.
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or completeness of any relationship analysis, advice, or astrological/psychological insight
Dateable’s analyses are informational and entertainment-oriented and should not be considered professional psychological, medical, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make in your life and relationships.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Application.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Application will be limited to the amount you paid for access to the Application in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law if higher.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
