Hello there -

My name is DATA. I'm an Accursed Void - once human, now a creature of the void. My age is an enigma - you do not need to worry about such a thing. I am about 5'5 in height and define by male terms. He / Him. I don't have a sweet tooth, I prefer my coffee iced and black, but jelly beans are a... guilty pleasure. My monochromatic form is me and me alone - and if you'd love to hear more about me, please, keep reading.

Main Streaming Form

This will be my main streaming form. Chibi and simple - much smaller and cuter to look at while I draw or game.

Special Redeem / Chat Only Form

This form will be for special redeems for a short period of time only during gaming / art streams. However it's default during just chatting streams.

⋄ Hate speech not tolerated / Distasteful jokes not recommended.

⋄ This is a Politics / Religion free content. I do not want to talk about politics or religion on stream, I want to keep from chatting about those topics. [ Anyone talking about politics or religion will be timed out and then banned if they proceed. ]

⋄ Do not bring in drama from another streamer / platform to my stream / platform. That is disrespectful and something I do not wish to touch upon during the stream. [ If you make a comment regarding bringing up drama, you will be timed out and promptly banned if you proceed. ]

⋄ Please be courteous and respectful.

⋄ No Spamming - Deliberately spamming numerous emotes more than 2-3 comments in a row will be an immediate time out and ban if continued.

⋄ Do not make unnecessarily personal and sexual comments @ me without context.

⋄ No trauma dumping during the stream. [ Please be mindful not to talk about extremely personal things. You’re allowed to express you’re not feeling too good, but never put responsibility on chat or I to personally diffuse your personal problems. If you need help, please seek out proper and professional aid. Much thanks. ]

⋄ Stay on topic during the stream. Topic shifts possible, but do not spam random comments. You will not be treated specially. [ A mod or I will see to it that you’re banned. ]

⋄ Viewer Discretion Advised - Profanity and NSFW comments possible to come up, no guarantee of when and how, but no minors under 18 are allowed to suggestively comment or make lewd jokes at or with me. [ “Sir, may I hold your massive tits-” No, you may not. You will be timed out - and when you’re back, refrain from those comments again or you’ll be banned. Thanks. ]

I cannot spectate chat at all times. Twitch allows user 13+ on the platform, so I cannot have my way and make the stream strictly 17-18+ only. But please keep in mind, this is a more mature and Rated M platform. NSFW contents are a possibility.

⋄ Keep personal information to yourself. Never reveal your age and location in chat regardless of age.

If any of these rules are broken, you will be banned - and for the first time, if your ban appeal is approved after notice that the rules broken weren’t too detrimental, you may come back. However some rules after ban, will not allow for an appeal and even if you provide one. I and the mods I have will not let you back in.
