We always concern about end user’s personal data privacy and is committed to protecting it. This privacy policy outlines what information is collected, for what reason, and how your Personal Data is handled when you use our services.

· We never sell end user information. We make money from our paid VPN service.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains our privacy practices for the Service. It describes the ways your personal information and data are collected and used through our designated mobile application. It also describes the rights and options available to you with respect to your information.
It is your decision to provide us with your personal information. You are not legally obligated to provide us with this information, but we need it to provide you and your caregiver with the Appʼs functionality.
This policy is combined into our User Agreement (the “Terms”) and is a part of them.
Scope of this privacy policy:
We ask you to read this Privacy Policy carefully as it contains important information on how and why we collect, store, use, and share personal information, your rights in relation to your personal information, and how to contact us in the event you have a privacy concern or complaint.
No-logs policy:
VPN guarantees a strict no-logs policy for VPN Services, meaning that the VPN Service is provided by an automated process, and your activities while using it are not monitored, recorded, logged, stored or passed to any third party. We do not store connection timestamps, session information, used bandwidth, traffic logs, IP addresses or other data. However, to limit the number of simultaneous sessions of an active user, an algorithm keeps their username and the timestamp of the last session status while the session is active.
VPN does not condone or endorse any unlawful, illicit, criminal or fraudulent activities perpetrated by using the VPN Services. As VPN protects and respects customer privacy, it does not log or track their activity in any way.

⁃ IP addresses (source or VPN)
⁃ Browsing history
⁃ Traffic destination or metadata
⁃ DNS queries
We have carefully engineered our apps and VPN servers to categorically eliminate sensitive information. As a result, this app can never be compelled to provide customer data that do not exist.
VPN takes your privacy seriously. Our commitment to your privacy means we never keep sensitive information and eliminate both activity logs and connection logs. Our systems are built around NOT knowing how customers utilize our services. We cannot answer questions like “Which users were connected to a given IP address at a specific time?” or “Which users accessed a particular website?” because we simply never possess those sensitive data.
Personal Information Usage:
Personal data means personally identifiable information like your full name, email, photos, files, contacts etc. We never collect your personal information about you. Our VPN always maintain a strict no-logging policy.
We never monitor, store, log your online activities, including your browsing history, connection times, meta data, downloads, server usage, or data content during your session in the VPN Products.
We do not store or log your IP address after the end of your session in the VPN app – we always remove your IP address immediately after your session ends.
We do NOT request your full name for providing our VPN Products. You are only required to provide your email address when you register an account in our VPN Products with Registration.
Only when the user actively fails to connect the connection (requires the user to click the feedback button), we will collect the necessary user connection failure log.
The connection failure log collected is limited to the success rate of our engineers to improve the VPN connection, and will not be shared with any individual or organization.
Non-personal information usage:
Non-personal information means personally non identifiable and anonymous data like mobile device type, device unique ID, mobile device IP, mobile operating system etc. We will collect such type of information for our app operation purposes.
Device information: It may include device name/device ID, operating system and its version, browser type, the language of the device, time zone, app usage, including app version, activation date, and update installation date. These are used to identify the device for statistics and troubleshooting, and also to carry out user support, troubleshooting, and product planning. The time zone is used for data analytics and marketing purposes.
Location information: It includes IP address and geographic location. These are used to determine the location of your device and provide the fastest VPN server nearby. Please note! We NEVER store or log your IP address after the end of your session in the VPN Products.
Email: We collect individual Email address for maintaining user registration and VPN user account.
Device type: Aggregated anonymous app use data include device type to troubleshoot effectively and continuous improvement of our app.
IP address: We may track your IP address temporarily in order to provide best VPN experience.
Supporting Data: We collect Device Name like iPhone or iPad, iOS version, device language ISO code, IP address, User country, VPN user name for troubleshooting and providing support to individual user.
Information that We Collect from Other Sources:
We may also collect your payment history regarding our Services (but NOT your payment information) from third-party payment processors, such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, PayPal, Amazon, Stripe, and Payment wall.
We may also collect Personal Data, such as email, contact information, website and app diagnostics, analytics, etc. from third parties, such as marketing, research, sales lead generator companies, social networks, as well as from any publicly accessible sources.
We may collect any other information that you choose to provide to us by indicating additional profile information, completing a web form, sending us an email, using online chat, forum postings, and any other similar means. Our VPN uses KeepSolid Inc. platform of VPN servers. All the data collected may also be stored by KeepSolid Inc.
Analytical data:
We use third-party analytics tools, such as Firebase By Google for A/B testing. Crashlytics for capture crash reports and retention tracking. For example, we may record the frequency and scope of your use of the Service, the duration of your sessions, the interactions you make with the Service interface, etc. When you use our App, analytics tools automatically record certain log file information, including time and date when you start and stop using the App, and how you interact with the App.
Third Party Sites and Services:
Please note that while we partner solely with third parties that gave us assurance of application of necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted from the App directly to such third party. We are not responsible for any accidental loss or unauthorized access to your personal data through a fault of third parties. We will not rent or sell your personal data to any third parties. We do not control or influence these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. We may also share certain information such as cookie data with third-party advertising partners. This information allows third-party ad networks, to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. We may engage the following third-party service providers in order to provide us with necessary infrastructure for delivery and improvement of our services:

Our App may contain links to third-party websites/services or you may access the App from a third-party site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites or services linked to or from our App, including the information or content contained within them.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any-time without any prior notice and you are agree to be bound by any and all modifications and change.
