I am working on Nanoelectronics using spin selective process based on the chiral-induced spin selective (CISS) effect. The CISS effect was recently established both experimentally, theoretically and our group is the pioneer to develop the CISS phenomenon. As an active member of CISS group (CISS was first described by Prof. Ron Naaman, my present PI, (Science, 283, 814, 1999)), I work on Nano-electronics and fabricate spintronic devices, particularly GaN/AlGaN HEMT Hall device and magnetoresistance (MR) device.
