Abstract Submission Guideline
The word count of the text of the abstract must be 300 -500 words in English (or 600-1000 characters in Japanese) .
You may add figures and tables, but the final abstract should fit into two A4 pages (1 inch or 2.5 cm margins on all sides; 12-point font size) on a Word file.
Titles, figures, tables, and references do not count as word or character counts.
The abstract should have a clear title and should not reveal the name of the author(s).
The abstracts must be uploaded as a PDF attachment to the site.

A Gmail account is required for submission.
Submissions are limited to one individual and one joint abstract per author, or two joint abstracts per author.
The abstract can be written in either English or Japanese.
Registration
All the authors and participants are requested to make a free pre-registration. When you complete a registration, the Zoom link will be provided.
Poster submission
Please check a notification email and the instructions given there.
On the Presentation Day
Authers are requested to present a two-minute lightning talk in the main room on Zoom by sharing a one-page A4-size PDF poster with the audience. All the posters will be shown on the web page. After the lightning talk, there are breakout rooms for each presentation. The audience will enter the breakout room interested in and discuss with the presenter(s). Presenters should wait in their breakout room during the session. When the audience visits the breakout room, please share the screen posters, presentation materials, submitted paper, etc. to discuss with the audience.

要旨本文の文字数は、英語の場合300~500語、日本語の場合600~1000文字です。

発表当日
発表者は、Zoomのメインルームにて2分間のライトニングトークを行います。A4サイズ1ページのPDFポスターを画面共有して発表してください。
すべてのポスターはウェブページにも掲載されます。
ライトニングトーク終了後、各発表用のブレイクアウトルームが設定されます。
聴衆は興味のあるルームに入り、発表者とディスカッションを行います。発表者は、セッション中ブレイクアウトルームで待機してください。
聴衆がルームを訪問した際は、ポスターやプレゼン資料、提出論文などを画面共有しながら議論してください。
