At Darul-Wadood we want to provide an Islamic, safe and secure environment in which children can grow and thrive. We strive to foster a passion for learning and a desire to keep discovering new things through a variety of educational resources. We want to cultivate in our young children a passion for learning that will last a lifetime.

We don't distinguish between secular and sacred information since we feel that the two are intertwined. In developing preschool and Islamic curriculum, we have been motivated by this commitment. Numeracy, Geography, Botany, Zoology and other subjects all include lessons on Deen. Rather of being seen as separate entities, students learn to perceive religion and Allah ﷻ (God) as a way of life that permeates the entire world.

To achieve our goal of creating well-rounded children who flourish spiritually, academically, and socially, we choose the Montessori Method at Darul-Wadood. It has been proved in numerous studies to create superior outcomes in the development of effective citizens.
