SERVICE + - £8 per month  

 Annual Boiler Service, Tightness test, Smoke alarm check, CO Detector check, Flue gas analysis, Magnetic filter cleanse and Water test, Top up inhibitor if necessary, Bleed radiators, Check Heating Controls   

BRONZE - £16 per month,  As Service + with the addition of

Boiler breakdown (parts and labour),  1 hour free call out*

SILVER - £20 per month,   As Bronze with the addition of

Full Central Heating cover, includes pump, valves, cylinder and all central heating pipework

GOLD - £26 per month,  As Silver with the addition of

Your plumbing system,  Unlimited free call outs*,  Exclusive 10% discount

PLATINUM - £36 per month;  As Gold with the addition of

Boiler replacement cover**,   Your full electrical system***,   Exclusive 20% discount

*Unlimited 1hr free call out can be used on any plumbing & heating issue. 

**Boilers up to 9 years old that are not repairable, boilers over 9-15 years old we will provide labour for free. Discount is applied to any other works we may carry out for you, up to the total job value of £500 Subject to status,  Electric covers trace and repair of faults. Service only plan does not include parts required eg; gaskets etc.   These plans are for domestic premises only, for commercial premises/landlords properties please enquire.  This is a boiler breakdown and maintenance plan not an insurance, it therefore only covers work done by our Company.
