The SigEp House at 11 Webster Avenue is one of the newest residences at Dartmouth College providing modern, comfortable accommodations for 25 students in 17 singles and 4 doubles. Conveniently located on campus, the SigEp house is a quick walk from Thayer Engineering and Tuck Business Schools, just a half block from the Rockefeller Center and a few more steps to Baker Library.
Sitting in Adirondack chairs on the stately “Dr. Seuss” porch, named for one of the most famous Dartmouth SigEps Theodor Giesel ‘25, residents and guests can enjoy food from the gas grill while overlooking Webster Avenue.
In addition to the excellent location, the SigEp House provides many desirable amenities such as air-conditioning and high-speed internet access in every room, free laundry facilities, a fully-equipped kitchen for occasional meal preparation (Dartmouth undergraduate and graduate students are still required to maintain a minimum meal plan), a comfortable Library for study, and a big-screen TV lounge with extended cable services.
Parking is available for an additional fee.
All resident rooms are air conditioned and include a full-sized (54 x 75”) bed frame and mattress, dresser, desk, desk chair, and bookcase for each resident. We recommend you not bring any additional room furniture as the furnishings listed above MUST remain in the room.
Each room has a closet area and window shades or drapes on all windows. Wired and wireless internet connections are available in all rooms. The Property Manager will prepare rooms for resident transitions, but if your room is not clean and well-maintained when you arrive, please contact the Property Manager so issues can be addressed.
