The Cricket Club

Dartfordians Cricket Club are a progressive and forward thinking club of medium size and strength based within the North West of Kent.

The club's 1st XI recently competed in the full KCL structure after back to back promotions from the KRCL Championship (2015) and Premier (2016). After achieving moderate success the club now finds itself competing in the KRCL League, Championship West (2019).

We also run Sunday team, where friendly cricket is on offer.

We have previously competed in an annual Regional Twenty20 league, where we played in final's day at the Kent County Ground in 2013 & 2016. During the season we also arrange various midweek fixtures.

We run a rapidly expanding colts section right from U11 to U16, where we can offer qualified ECB level 2 coaching.

In 2015 the clubhouse redevelopment was completed, including a full extension and refurbishment. Benefiting from large changing rooms and excellent shower facilities, the club offers a superb playing environment.

As of summer 2019, the club will not play their home games at Dartfordians as further renovation occurs on the clubhouse (bar side) and also the outfield. When we return in the 2020 season, it promises to see us playing on even better facilities.

Those of you who like to keep fit, there is also the attached gym facilities, as provided by Better Gym. A small and intimate gym, whereby business is rare and discount membership is available to club members.

We look to cater for all player standards, from the competitive Saturday 1st XI to someone who just likes the friendly social aspect of the game.
