Beginning in 1983, "C with classes" became C++. The reference here to the ++ operator means even better than C. Currently, I can agree. Our intelligent overlord is quoted saying "C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the foot; C++ makes it harder, but when you do it blows your whole leg off", so be careful out there.
