Caleb Darling is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ohio (License #E.2606528) and West Virginia (License #3031), with a background in both education and mental health. He earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Ohio University in 2022 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Muskingum University.
With over a decade of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities—particularly transition-aged youth (ages 14–22)—Caleb has supported clients, families, and caregivers in navigating educational, emotional, and behavioral challenges. His professional background includes extensive experience in individualized education planning, behavioral interventions, and advocacy within school and community settings.
Caleb specializes in counseling for mental health concerns, career and rehabilitation goals, stress management, anxiety, and mood-related challenges. He integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and reality/choice therapy to help clients develop practical skills, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change. His approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s needs.
Outside of his professional work, Caleb enjoys spending time with his family and introducing his children to outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, fishing, and boating. He also enjoys hunting, working on home projects, and spending time with friends.
