Great book! I did not realize how many everyday things can be related to the Bible verses. A very good teaching tool for families to introduce the Bible to children. Can’t wait for the next book!

I loved the book. Combining a story about the grandchildren, giving her thoughts that seem to flow into a prayer and Scripture. Masterfully done. I never miss a day! Thank you for writing it

I love reading these. Most of the time I get more out of these than the other devotionals I use because they’re written the way I understand. God’s word is very powerful, and she has found a way to bring it down to our level and make it meaningful.

This book is absolutely amazing! Why didn’t somebody think of something like this before. Sometimes I find myself laughing, others amazed, and on other’s crying. This is the most enjoyable devotional I’ve ever used!

I bought this book at a book signing at our church. It’s been one of the best book purchases I’ve made in a long time. I love our grandchildren dearly, and reading these anecdotes reminds me of when our children and grandchildren were growing up. I just wish somebody would have related scripture to us relevant to some of these situations when they were growing up. These are fun to share with the great grandchildren now.

I have so enjoyed reading these little stories, so much to the point that I read the book within a couple months. I’m on my second, and sometimes third for some of the stories—and I still have six months to go! I sure hope there’s a second edition coming out as I can’t get enough of the things your grandchildren say and do!

I received this book as a gift from a friend who had bought one for herself. She said it was absolutely delightful and I agree. The first thing I do every morning is start my day off by reading the devotional for that day. Reading a story about grandchildren, especially since mine live so far away, gives me an idea of what mine might be doing today.

Reading this devotional is a bright spot in my day, so I do it every morning. I never thought it would be possible to take stories and relate them to scripture, but I’m glad somebody finally thought to do it, especially when they use grandchildren. Just like Art Linkletter used to say you never know what they’re gonna say. Thank goodness these children are being raised to know the Lord.

I just love your book! Thanks for writing it. I hope there will be a part two!

I love this book. But I think the thing that struck me most is that close relationship the grandmother has with her grandchildren. That’s something that seems to be lacking in today’s society. Either the parents have a beef with the grandparents or the grandparents have beef with parents. Unfortunately, it’s the grandchildren who miss out on the privilege of knowing their grandparents.

I thoroughly enjoy reading my book, so much so that I bought 10 to give away. I know many grandparents who cannot afford to buy a book themselves, so I decided to be the elf to help them out. They have all commented how much they appreciated the gesture because the stories are amazing, the scriptures are relevant and timely for this day and age.

This book came into my possession as a gift for my prayer partner. Over the years, I received little things from my prayer partners, but nothing that has touched my heart like these adorable stories and relatable scriptures. Thank you to the author and the publisher for making this amazing book happen. God bless.

I absolutely loved this book!!! My favorite story was The Bombshell Masterpiece. I couldn’t stop laughing as I’ve had that happen to me before. The stories are so relatable and believable as well as priceless reminders of days gone by. Reading this book will certainly keep your mind active as you play remember when! Thank you for your insights and relating them to scripture.

I read the title, Priceless Moments – Lessons From Our Grandchildren, I was skeptical, but thought I’d give it a try. When I realized the grandchildren were truly the “material” for the devotional, I was all in, hook, line, and sinker. I absolutely love kids, but never seem to find material written for adults to enjoy about kids. Well, this book has done that. And what a way to memorialize the “happenings” in their young lives. Well done!

This book has been one of my most enjoyable reads in a long time! It’s engaging, keeping my interest because I have to know what those little pumpkins are up to; enticing, as I don’t want to wait until tomorrow to read the next one; and entertaining, as I find myself laughing and sometimes crying. Yet, it brings things around full circle to show how God is involved or related to those events.

I looked for other books by this author, but couldn’t find any. I hope she decides to do another edition just like this because I’ll be the first one in line to buy one!. I’ll be watching for it. Thank you!

As I read these engaging stories, I’m struck with the thought of how these children are maturing throughout this year. I certainly hope there’s a book two so I can watch/read about these children growing up through this next year.

I love it! I’d like to be a fly on the wall for a lot of them to see if they play out the same way in real life as they do in my mind! Nice work.

I’m not much of a reader, but I have enjoyed this book. It takes me back to the days when our kids were little. I guess some things never change! Thanks for the memories.

I have been reading Darlene‘s devotional book daily. They each bring to mind the many happy memories of reading to my own children and spending time with my grandchildren. Years ago we could read daily, we crafted, we camped, and made friends in our neighborhood. Reading Darlene‘s book daily brings you had another ‘slice of life’ to my mind every day. I find it delightful!
