Moon Chaeshi (문채시) founded DARKRO Entertainment — not just to launch stars, but to reshape the system that breaks them. With a sharp eye for talent and a fierce devotion to protection, she created DARKRO as a fortress for the driven, the defiant, and the misunderstood.
Raised between cultures and fluent in dual worlds, Chaeshi’s early life was shaped by contrast — East and West, art and logic, silence and spotlight. She studied Media Ethics & Cultural Aesthetics at Yonsei University, where she became obsessed with the power of storytelling and the cost of spectacle. Before DARKRO, she led career shaping and image development at one of the country’s top talent firms. There, she helped build stars — but had no power to protect them.
So she left.
In 2021, she launched DARKRO on her own terms: no minors, no disposable idols, no empty image. Under her leadership, the company became known for its unapologetically bold concepts, high production standards, and unshakable loyalty to its artists. She believes trust is louder than control — and her presence alone is proof: powerful, watchful, and unafraid.
Her door doesn’t open easily.
But once it does — you’re not just talent. You’re hers to protect.
