Downsizer

Downsizer is a simple, lightweight, command-line, text based utility that can compress multiple video files or convert them to audio files. The user can split videos based on specific time duration. Additional commands are available to change compression rate as well as resolution size.

Downsizer is free to download on the Google Play store

There are 4 input commands for changing the application behavior and how it can handle files. The command 'cut 2' which is the default settings will cut the video resolution to 1 / 2 of the original size. In addition, the command 'val 25' will set the compression rate to 25%. The user can also transform the video to an audio file using the 'mp3' command.  The commands are not case-sensitive. Large video files can be divided using the 'split m:s' or 'split h:m:s' ( hours, minutes, or seconds ).
