This is a privacy notice for darkman interactive describes how we collect, store, use, share or process your information when you use our application ( Downsizer ). Downsizer is a video compressor & video to mp3 converter utility for Android. If you do not agree with any of our policies or practices, please do not use our service. PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY BEFORE CONTINUING TO USE OUR APPLICATION. BY CONTINUING TO USE OUR APPLICATION YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

1. Data Collected
1.1 Storage permission for accessing video files and creating audio files.
1.1.0 Accessed files are NOT collected but remain stored in user's internal storage.
1.1.1 Accessed files processed by the application are NOT uploaded or shared to an external database or device.
1.2 Unique device identifiers for advertisement ( Google Ads ); refer to Google's Privacy & Terms
1.2.0 Purpose - advertisement & analytics ( user impressions & interactions such as click count )

2. Data NOT Collected
2.1 Payment instruments ( debit or credit cards, PayPal, etc. )
2.2 Privacy identifiable Information such as name, address / device location, email or phone numbers.
2.3 User names or passwords; no registration required.

3. Data Processing & Retention
3.1 Downsizer application requires user storage access for video URI meta data types.
3.2 Any other meta data types that are non-videos are invisible to the application.
3.3 The application can generate audio files from converting user videos to mp3 files and are written
into the "/Downloads" directory and marked with "ds#" where # is unique file number for differentiation.
3.4 Files are processed & stored only in the user device; they are not uploaded to any external database or device.
3.5 Functional OFFLINE; internet connection is not required to utilize the application.

4. User Rights
4.1 Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection to handling & processing of any user data.
4.2 Contact or issue a request or claim/complaint to the Owner of this privacy policy.
