Dark Snep religion centers around a deity known as the Seer, who was one of the DNA alteration test results alongside the original four Dark Sneps. Having the ability to generate light, the Seer had the capability to wipe the Dark Snep species out entirely - but its benevolent affixation towards the sentient species locked up in the research center pushed it to protect the species under any cost. In its honor, carved by Uki and Nari upon the walls of the Seer's cell, is a mural of two Dark Sneps, arms outstretched and holding the other's arm, with smaller Dark Sneps branching off from the held hands. Above them all is the Seer's eye, injected with the dried blood of the Seer, Uki, and Nari; the latter two each dripping onto the linework of their respective head.
The bricks below are imprinted with the pawprint of Uki and Nari - the two surviving Dark Sneps of the original experiment - with text between; This text translates to "Light that Protected Darkness" in a pre-grammatical version of the Dark Snep pictographical lexicon.
Dark Sneps typically wear robelike clothing, most notably Taro, a large strip of fabric worn similarly to a skirt around both the waist and wrapped over the shoulders. The navel is intended to be left exposed, and alongside the three stripes below it represents the Seer's eye.
