Dark Aura Panel - Rabbit Green Privacy Policy

Dark Aura Panel - Rabbit Green (”the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a gaming utility and practice toolkit for iOS, developed by Mohammed Essalhi.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects or processes, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect and Process

a) Data That Stays on Your Device

Most information you create or configure while using the App—including:

• Crosshair settings

• Sensitivity profiles

• HUD layout favorites

• Game Library entries

• Practice preferences

• Selected language

• Onboarding status

• Gaming Session statistics

—is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage, including UserDefaults.

We do not receive, transmit, or have access to this locally stored information.

You can erase locally stored App data at any time through Settings → Restore Settings.

b) Advertising and Tracking Data

The App is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob and its mediation partners, which may include Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, and Liftoff Monetize.

Depending on your device settings, privacy choices, location, and applicable laws, these advertising providers may collect or process information such as:

• Advertising identifiers, including Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) where permitted

• General device information, such as device model, operating system version, language, and region

• Advertising and interaction information, such as impressions, clicks, and ad interactions

• IP address and related information used for purposes such as ad delivery, approximate geolocation, and fraud prevention

App Tracking Transparency

Where required by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, iOS asks for your permission before the App can track you across apps and websites for advertising or other purposes covered by Apple’s tracking rules.

You can change your tracking permission at any time through:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

If you deny tracking permission, you may still see advertisements, but they may be less personalized.

Consent Management

Where required by applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and similar regulations, the App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present a consent form and allow you to manage your advertising privacy choices.

Where available, you can revisit your choices through:

Settings → Advertising → Privacy Options

c) Purchase and Subscription Data

Dark Aura Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store using Apple’s StoreKit 2 framework.

We do not receive or store your payment information, including credit card numbers, billing information, or other payment details.

Purchase verification and Pro entitlement status are handled using Apple’s StoreKit 2 transaction system and signed transaction information.

We do not operate our own server for processing or storing subscription information.

d) Network Diagnostics

The App includes an optional Network Test feature.

When you use this feature, the App sends a small number of standard HTTPS requests to public servers, such as apple.com or cloudflare.com, solely to measure network round-trip latency.

These requests use standard Internet networking and may contain information normally included in an HTTPS request, such as your IP address.

Network Test results are displayed locally in the App. We do not transmit these results to our own servers or store them in a remote database.

e) Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not operate an account or login system and does not directly collect or store:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your contact information

• Your photos or photo library

• Your contacts

• Your precise location

• Chat or messaging content

• Social content

• User-generated content uploaded to our servers

2. How Information Is Used

Information processed through the App and its third-party services is used for the following purposes:

• To display and, where permitted, personalize advertisements

• To verify and manage Dark Aura Pro purchases and subscription entitlements

• To restore eligible purchases through Apple’s StoreKit 2 system

• To measure network latency when you request a Network Test

• To maintain and operate the App’s local functionality

We do not use your locally stored App data to create user profiles or behavioral advertising profiles.

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party technologies and services that may process information according to their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — advertising

• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — advertising consent management

• Meta Audience Network — advertising mediation

• Unity Ads — advertising mediation

• Liftoff Monetize — advertising mediation

• Apple StoreKit 2 / App Store — purchase and subscription processing

Each third-party provider is responsible for its own processing practices and privacy policies.

4. Your Choices

You have the following choices:

Advertising Consent:
Where applicable, manage your advertising consent through:

Local App Data:
Erase locally stored App data through:

Settings → Restore Settings

Subscriptions:
Manage or cancel your Dark Aura Pro subscription through:

Settings → Manage Subscription

or through your Apple Account subscription settings.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Advertising consent and privacy settings are configured according to the applicable requirements of the platforms and regions in which the App is distributed.

6. Data Retention

Locally stored App data remains on your device until you delete it using Restore Settings or uninstall the App.

Because we do not receive or store this local data on our servers, we cannot recover it after deletion.

Advertising-related information processed by third-party providers is retained according to their respective privacy policies and retention practices.

Purchase and transaction information processed by Apple is retained according to Apple’s applicable policies and terms.

7. International Users

Depending on your location and the services involved, information processed by advertising providers may be transferred to or processed in countries outside your country of residence.

Such processing is subject to the applicable privacy policies, legal requirements, and safeguards of the relevant providers.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our services, third-party integrations, or applicable legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
