My name is Dario, better known as Dariux. I am an independent hybrid artist who loves to draw all kinds of fantasy related mostly to the anime style, although my styles vary according to my desires.

My journey began in my childhood, attached to the fascination with TV series and my desire to create drawings and stories similar to what my eyes saw. Although as I grew older I moved a little further away from this dream, as time went by, the reunion with art would be inevitable.

On the other hand, from a very young age the vision of a world where one could make a living from art was very foreign to me, until a 3-year course and meeting the great master Walther Taborda changed everything. So much so that I left work and went to a place unknown to me since shortly after my teacher died and I felt like I was collapsing.

After time with the support of my wife I tried again, although I was still inexperienced, I attended a show with the idea of ​​finding students to teach them what I had learned with Walther and although my idea did not work out I was able to meet a great artist named Sakura Saotome

After a while I worked for her making backgrounds while continuing to work on other commissions such as portraits, illustrations and paintings that she requested. I specialized in a mixed technique in which I combine the traditional with the virtual.

Now I am eager to be able to reach more people with my style of work. Maybe now, with hope, I can say that I am going to take a big step.
