RESEARCH PROJECT: "The importance and organization of business information for enterprises on the Internet"
Currently, in the era of information society and the development of information technology, information becomes a particularly important element of social and professional functioning of both individual people and complex organizational structures and systems from which the modern world is built. In the context of running any business from the point of view of managing the organization, information can be a valuable commodity for the entrepreneur on a mobile, rapidly changing market. The development of information processing and provisioning techniques via the Internet is determined by many facilities for beneficiaries, clients and people using information services offered via the Internet. In addition, for entities providing electronic information via the Internet, there is the possibility of a significant reduction of transaction costs of financial operations and electronic data transfer. On the other hand, the development of information technologies functioning on the Internet also involves the risk of loss or theft of information by unauthorized entities. This study describes the key assumptions for the development and creation of a universal internet portal offering information services for companies from the SME sector, offering specialized information services provided via the Internet.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "INCREASING THE IMPORTANCE OF INVESTMENTS IN MODERN TECHNOLOGIES, NEW TECH IN DEVELOPING ECONOMIES"
The analysis of the importance of investments in modern technologies in developing economies is carried out on the basis of an examination of the operations of selected investment funds operating in Poland. Investments in modern technologies are treated as a prospective growth factor of the company and diversification of activities and building the value of investment funds investing in New Tech.
The industry of modern technologies is a prospective and growing market segment. New solutions are constantly emerging that change business models or improve many of the processes so far performed. Projects are being developed that offer extremely useful solutions for specific applications. The usefulness of modern technologies is a key factor that we are guided by when choosing and making investments. The competences of the team of analysts employed in investment funds are important, which also include professional advice to persons who create projects in which investments are made. Experience and constant market observation allow you to effectively manage risk and support investment fund partners.
The investment policy provides for investments in companies with high growth potential, which, thanks to the improvement of sales processes and the effectiveness of marketing activities, can build a strong and sustainable competitive advantage on the market. The investment funds under study invest in both companies at an early stage of development, as well as companies that already have a finished product that has gone through a phase of launch and is facing an opportunity resulting from economies of scale.
Technologies in which New Tech investment funds invest:
The market analysis carried out in investment funds allows defining the directions of investments. The niches that have the greatest potential for growth and return on investment are determined. Preferred by New Tech investment funds are: genetics, robotics, artificial intelligence, software, internet, cleantech, telemedicine and life science.
Genetics, robotics, artificial intelligence:
The particularly developing sectors of the economy in which New Tech investment funds invest: genetics, robotics, and artificial intelligence. As part of the economic policy of a developing country, it is necessary to stimulate entrepreneurship and innovation, to support the development of startups that develop new innovations in areas of the economy such as genetics, robotics and artificial intelligence.
Software:
High-class software is a highly valued area in which we invest. We know how useful and easy the functioning of companies and their clients can be properly prepared software.
Internet:
The Internet is still a sector in which there is room for new products. We search for the most innovative ones that have a chance to interest users and gain a large group of recipients.
Medical Inteligence:
Modern solutions in the field of medicine greatly improve the effectiveness of treatment. Therefore, we help companies to develop their technologies and create more and better medical solutions, which will benefit mainly patients.
Life science:
Bioinformatics is a combination of biology science with new technologies. The goal of bioinformatics is to develop new methods for studying genes, genomes and the structure of organisms. Solutions in this field contribute significantly to the development of medicine. The natural environment is one of the largest capitals of modern, developed economies. Therefore, New Tech investment funds should invest in solutions that approach the protection of the environment in an unconventional way.
Cleantech:
Energy storage:
High potential in the energy storage industry has been noted, which can completely change the energy industry. The ability to store energy will allow a significant reduction in its prices and will change the functioning of producers.
Systems for heat and cold supply:
Modern projects in the field of heat and cold supply allow to reduce the operating costs of ventilation and air conditioning systems, and thus reduce the consumption of heat energy and electricity and further reduce CO2. It is an effective remedy for the energy crisis.
In the investment process, a thorough analysis of each project should be carried out. The key determinants of the analysis are as follows:
- Product usability,
- Return on investment,
- Potential for the growth of the industry's value.
Development of innovative companies, start-ups, reindustrialisation, capital for advanced technology development, modern ecological solutions, effective policy of implementing innovative solutions in industry, efficient patent policy, foreign expansion and social and territorial development, development of platforms supporting business and risk management of Business Intelligence type , development of Big Data Internet technologies, data processing in the cloud, security of data transfer on the Internet - these are the main pillars of technological development of enterprises and socio-economic development of the country and the region.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "THE GROWING IMPORTANCE OF SOCIAL MEDIA IN MEDIA GLOBALIZATION AND INTERNETIZATION OF MARKETING"
In recent years, the number of companies that collect personal data for marketing purposes and then sell them to other companies, banks and institutions is growing. In this way, enterprises, financial and public institutions create huge collections of classified data, providing valuable information for the needs of marketing undertakings. By targeting a suitably profiled product or service offer to a well-selected group of recipients, contractors, and target segment of potential customers, the effectiveness of the marketing strategy applied during advertising campaigns is higher. In connection with this, the data bases built up in institutions, enterprises, including social networking websites, multifaceted and formally expanded, become a valuable resource of information used for marketing purposes. The development of techniques for processing and sharing information via the Internet is determined by many facilities for beneficiaries, customers and people using the information services offered by the Internet. On the other hand, the development of information technologies functioning on the Internet also involves the risk of loss or theft of information by unauthorized entities. The process of providing information via the Internet generates many threats related to identity theft, hackers cluttered with classified data, and cash embezzlement in electronic banking systems. In response to these threats, additional entities develop security systems for remote sharing of information and transactions carried out via the Internet.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "ANALYSIS OF THE FAMILY 500 PLUS PROGRAM AS THE MAIN TOOL FOR PRO-FAMILY SOCIAL POLICY IN POLAND"
In Poland for many years the relatively low incomes have been achieved by families with many children. Similar relationships exist in the area of housing and household appliances in durable goods. The objective of the Family Plus 500 program launched in April 2016 is to significantly reduce the scale of this socially and economically disadvantageous relationship, ie the current lowest profitability of many families. This program, in addition to current goals, mainly income, improve the financial situation of families also has a long-term goal. This long-term strategic objective of the 500 Plus Family program is to change the demographic structure of society in Poland towards increasing the fertility, ie the rejuvenation of society. Considering the public financial system of the state, this is the strategic goal of socio-economic policy to reduce the demographic aging of the population, ie limiting the potential for publication in the perspective of the next few decades of insolvency carried out by the Social Insurance Institution of the participatory pension system. In addition, this program should likewise positively influence the domestic economy, contributing to the reduction of income disparities and to economic growth.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "THE NATIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM IS THE MAIN STRATEGIC AND PROGRAM DOCUMENT DEFINING THE CURRENTLY IMPLEMENTED STATE HOUSING POLICY IN POLAND"
Launched in April 2016, the Family 500 Plus program significantly reduces the scale of poverty in large families, contributes to the growth of consumption and perhaps also to the increase in fertility in Poland. The second key program of social family policy in Poland launched in December 2016 is the Flat Plus program. This program, through the improvement of the housing situation, should fulfill the important functions of the housing policy in terms of reducing the social stratification of families in Poland. The main objective of the Mieszkanie Plus program is to significantly increase the availability of flats, especially low-cost rental apartments, with the option of buying property after 20-30 years of use. The consequence of developing this program on a larger scale in the coming years will be offering such flats above all for families who have not been able to rent and buy flats on the open market due to low incomes and lack of creditworthiness. If the plan adopted by the government to develop the Mieszkanie Plus program in the coming years will be implemented by 2030, the level of housing availability for citizens in Poland will reach a level close to the average in the European Union.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "ANALYSIS OF THE SECURITY OF SHARING BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION VIA THE INTERNET"
With the development of information-sharing techniques via the Internet, there are many benefits for beneficiaries, customers and users of public sector information services. On the other hand, entities providing electronic information via the Internet appear to be able to significantly reduce transaction costs of conducted financial transactions and electronic data transfer. On the other hand, the process of making information available via the Internet generates a number of risks associated with identity theft, hacker hacking of classified data, and money scams in electronic banking systems. In response to these threats, individual entities including public sector bodies are developing security systems for remote access to information and transactions made via the Internet. RESEARCH PROJECT: "COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF USING MS EXCEL AND COMPUTERIZED ANALYTICAL BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE PLATFORMS IN SUPPORTING THE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT PROCESS"
Currently, there is rapid progress in the field of IT applications in the analysis of the economic and financial situation of enterprises and in the processes of supporting organization management. In the area of ??the fastest growing fields of ICT technology, which determine the successive stages of progress in the field of online electronic banking, it is necessary to disseminate standards for conducting financial operations carried out in the so-called cloud as well as using the large data sets located in the so-called Big Data platforms. Current Big Data technology solutions are not only large data bases, data warehouses allowing for multi-aspect analysis of huge sets of quantitative data made for the purposes of reports submitted periodically to the managerial staff. The decision-making processes carried out in business entities should be based on the analysis of reliable and current market and business data. Information necessary for managerial decision-making processes is collected, collected, ordered and presented in the form of analytical Business Intelligence reports in corporations. Analyzes conducted in the Business Intelligence formula give the management team new opportunities to analyze large data sets in real time, which significantly contributes to the improvement of the company's management efficiency. Currently, business analytics uses advanced analytical formulas of Ms Excel or computerized platforms containing ready-made reporting formulas in the field of Business Intelligence.
The development of techniques for processing and sharing information via the Internet is determined by many facilities for beneficiaries, clients and people using information services of public sector institutions. In addition, for entities providing electronic information via the Internet, there is the possibility of a significant reduction of transaction costs of financial operations and electronic data transfer. On the other hand, the development of information technologies functioning on the Internet also involves the risk of loss or theft of information by unauthorized entities. The process of providing information via the Internet generates many threats related to identity theft, hackers cluttered with classified data, and cash embezzlement in electronic banking systems. In response to these threats, individual entities, including institutions of the financial sector, develop security systems for remote sharing of information and transactions carried out via the Internet. Currently, the process of improving techniques ensuring a certain level of Internet data transfer security is being continued. Procedures for safe processing, storage and sharing of information in online banking systems are improved. Gradually, national legal regulations are also being supplemented, taking into account new, emerging technological innovations and technologies of electronic data transfer on the Internet.
Currently emerging trends in the development of technology based on Big Data data collection platforms allow for multi-layered calculations and reported results of analyzes usually in real time, and analyzes carried out on huge data sets allow for comprehensive, multi-aspect risk assessments at the level of the whole entity.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "DEVELOPMENT OF COMPUTERIZED ANALYTICAL BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE PLATFORMS"
Currently emerging trends in the development of technology based on Big Data data collection platforms allow for multi-layered calculations and reported results of analyzes usually in real time, and analyzes carried out on huge data sets allow for comprehensive, multi-aspect risk assessments at the level of the whole entity.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "DETERMINANTS OF PROTECTION OF CLASSIFIED DATA AND SECURITY OF ELECTRONIC DATA TRANSFER ON THE INTERNET"
Due to the dynamic development of information technology and the Internet, the importance of security of electronic data transmission and processing, including classified information, is gradually increasing. There are many facilities for beneficiaries, clients and people using information services of public sector institutions with the development of techniques for providing information via the Internet. However, for entities that electronically provide information via the Internet, there is the possibility of a significant reduction of transaction costs of financial operations and electronic data transfer. On the other hand, the process of providing information via the Internet generates many threats related to identity theft, hacking of classified data and the making of cash embezzlement in electronic banking systems. In response to these threats, individual entities, including public sector institutions, develop security systems for remote sharing of information and transactions carried out via the Internet. There are also new technologies and Internet platforms such as Big Data and cloud computing, which are becoming new determinants affecting the security of sending, archiving and sharing information.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF DOMINANT BUSINESS MODELS IN ENTERPRISES"
Enterprises now operate in the era of the mobile revolution.
Enterprises adapt their businesses to the changing needs and habits of customers who increasingly buy their products through a smartphone.
Currently, we have another technological revolution in the functioning of enterprises.
This revolution is connected with artificial intelligence.
In connection with the above, an important question arises how to create conditions conducive to the development of artificial intelligence as part of the national economic policy.
In connection with this, the International Institute of Innovation in Poland undertook the implementation of the above-described research project.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "ACTIVATION OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION IN ORDER TO CREATE MODERN TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS FOR THE NEEDS OF DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES, RECLAMATION OF A DEVASTATED ENVIRONMENT AND PREVENTIVELY CONDUCTED PROTECTION OF THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT"
Civilization development accelerates. Humanity is increasingly consuming, processing resources, increasing the consumption of raw materials, electricity, and increasing the amount of waste and environmental pollution.
In developed countries, and increasingly also in developing countries, the importance of protecting natural resources of the living environment and resources of energy minerals as well as strategic raw materials necessary for civilization development is growing.
As environmental pollution is increasing in large urban agglomerations, and on the other hand, the resources of classic energy resources extracted from the crust are becoming obsolete. It is necessary to create new technological solutions and innovations in the reclamation of devastated environment, improvement of renewable energy sources and increase in the efficiency of obtaining secondary raw materials from waste.
It is necessary to activate the development of eco-innovation and entrepreneurship in this type of pro-ecological activity.
Proecological economic policy should include the creation of effective instruments supporting the development of innovative startups, which will be increasingly economically and commercially reclaiming the devastated environment, will create modern energy technologies based on the concept of renewable energy sources, recycle secondary raw materials, including those of which these raw materials have not yet been recovered.
In connection with the above, there is an important question how to create environmentally-friendly economic conditions favorable to the development of innovative, modern technologies for reclamation of a devastated environment, improving renewable energy sources, obtaining secondary raw materials from waste and other activities that will help to protect the environment, improve life people and other living organisms on Earth.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "ECONOMIC, ECOLOGICAL AND SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTROMOBILITY AND THE POLICY OF DEVELOPING ALTERNATIVE FUELS INFRASTRUCTURE"
The production of electric cars on a mass scale is the future. One million electric cars by 2025 on Polish roads - a beautiful Plan.
The country that is the first to implement this type of plan will gain another important attribute of modernity for the 21st century.
Perhaps one of such countries in a few or a dozen years will be Poland.
Prototype solutions and car designs have already been developed in Poland, but despite the support offered by the state, there was no eager private investor who would start this plan.
The Electromobility Development Plan in Poland, including the definition of national frameworks for the development of alternative fuels infrastructure - as it sounds nice, media.
Let these nice names not only be created for the media. Are they created only for the creation of a good image as an element of political marketing?
This question remains open at the moment, because citizens have already learned about this Plan from the media in mid-2016, then in autumn, then in December and now there is another "media replay" in this topic.
This Plan fits in beautifully (as well as many others that we have heard many times about) in Plan for Recz Responsible Development.
As a supporter of an effective, pro-development socio-economic policy, based on innovation, modern technologies and restructuring of unprofitable industries, modernization and development of industry in Poland, I fully support this type of plans, constituting modules, like a puzzle called the Plan for Responsible Development and I assume that fully correlated with what is called Economy Plus.
I believe that well-implemented plans of this type will translate into accelerated economic development of Poland in the coming years.
To what extent these beautiful plans will be implemented, time will show.
The need to activate innovation in the economy is becoming a key determinant of the economic development of the country and the region in the coming years and becomes the main determinant of transforming the developing country into a fully developed country and determining the economy of prosperity and the social market economy.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "FAMILY 500 PLUS PROGRAM, PLUS APARTMENT, PLAN FOR RESPONSIBLE DEVELOPMENT AS A COMPONENT OF THE PRO-DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC POLICY ECONOMY PLUS IN POLAND AND A NEW EXAMPLE OF BUILDING A MODERN SOCIAL MARKET ECONOMY"
Reindustrialisation, development of innovative companies, capital for development, foreign expansion as well as social and territorial development - these are the pillars of Poland's economic development included in the Plan for Responsible Development prepared by the Prime Minister, minister of finance and development of Mateusz Morawiecki. This plan is the leading segment of the PLUS ECONOMY Program prepared and announced by Deputy Prime Minister Beata Szydło. The development-oriented social and economic program GOSPODARKA PLUS already contains, among others the following segments already launched: the 500 PLUS Family Program, the Plus Plus Program. In addition, an important element of pro-development for Polish citizens of economic policy which is the Plan for Responsible Development includes support programs for the development of individual key industrial branches of the Polish economy, including activating the development of the technology industry, communication infrastructure, construction sector, shipbuilding industry reconstruction, support for the development of the SME sector in Poland, development strategy of the Warsaw Stock Exchange as a source of financing innovative technological solutions for enterprises operating in Poland and others. In subsequent years, further important reforms, including the successive reduction of taxes and other systemic burdens of economic activity, will be added to this ECONOMY PLUS Program.
The main task of the social and economic program GOSPODARKA PLUS, undertaken for several months, is a lasting, planned for many years to revive the development of the Polish economy, which will accelerate this development, bringing the standard of living and income of Poles in Poland to the standards of Western European countries. Therefore, the socio-economic program GOSPODARKA PLUS is an example of a new type, a modernized version of the program adequate to the social market economy model.
Thanks to the socio-economic policy on which the PLUS ECONOMY Program is based, a modern social market economy is to be built in Poland, where civil society will develop, a middle class rebuilt society, adequate to the technological level of the 21st century, which will enable the real state to be restored prosocial functioning.
At present, Poland has regained its historical chance to rebuild Poland, including the technology industry and industry branches, which have been reduced from 1989 onwards.
In connection with the above, without rebuilding industry based on modern technologies in Poland, we have no chance to catch up with highly developed countries and we will forever be an economic vassal of those countries that have overtaken us in this respect by several dozen years. The private sector should invest in modern technologies and the public sector should support, stimulate and promote these investments, but in order not to disturb the private sector. The key issue is that the public sector support and cooperate, inspire planning and implementation of large investment projects implemented mainly by the private sector. This is particularly important when it comes to planning such large investment projects that would not be implemented by the private sector alone, such as modern large enterprises producing products with a high added value, with the involvement of modern technology. In addition, as part of large investment projects inspired and coordinated by the public sector and implemented mainly by the private sector, there are branches in the economy such as energy (nuclear power plants, wind farms, hydroelectric power plants and others) and commercial investments in infrastructure and communication branches, quick solutions Internet. In addition, in the context of planning and implementing large investment projects, the government should take into account the potential of young educated Poles graduating from technical and other universities to engage in these investment projects the great potential of human capital in Poland so that these young educated people do not have to leave Poland to find a satisfying job . The key question here is whether, as part of the planning and implementation of large investment projects through coordinated and correlated activities of the public and private sectors, it would not be possible to plan the inspiration and creation of infrastructure of a technology and science park, which with the participation of private companies would transform after a few years in what could be called the Polish "Silicon Valley"?
The state should inspire and support the process of creating Polish new technologies and technical and technological innovations! For the effective development of the Polish economy it is necessary to create Polish brands, the right direction that ideally can fit into the projects of industrial reconstruction in Poland. Activation of innovation and the creation of modern technologies should be an integral one of the most important components of pro-development socio-economic policy in Poland. Without generation of modern technological solutions and without rebuilding industry in Poland, it will not be possible to build prosperity for the 21st century and a modern social market economy.

Technological concerns, Internet corporations are also expanding their activities in the field of financial services known as fintech.
Sometimes they make capital acquisitions of the most innovative startups that have built their business model on innovative solutions to infiltrate fintech financial services.
The development of this field of fintech services provided by online technology concerns is increasingly threatening banks that are not able to implement new technological solutions.
In connection with the above, technological internet corporations develop services in the field of fintech becoming competitors for online banking offered by commercial banks.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "NEW FORMS OF FINANCING FOR INNOVATIVE STARTUPS"
In recent years, the importance of investment funds is growing, which base their business model on investing in innovative solutions created by new companies from the SME sector, micro enterprises and startups.
Such investment funds develop projects based on new technologies, create new types of products and services and fill new market niches.
The development of these investment funds is closely correlated with the innovation support policy being a component of the national economic policy.
Other particularly important areas of knowledge and economy that develop innovative startups and invest in New Tech investment funds:
- Genetics,
- Bioinformatics,
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Mathematics
- Ecology
- Biochemistry
- Cleantech
- Neurophysiology
- Oncology
- Nursing
- Medical technology.
Software:
High-class software is a highly valued area in which we invest. We know how useful and easy the functioning of companies and their clients can be properly prepared software.
Internet:
The Internet is still a sector in which there is room for new products. We search for the most innovative ones that have a chance to interest users and gain a large group of recipients.
The need to activate innovation in the economy is becoming a key determinant of the economic development of the country and the region in the coming years and becomes the main determinant of transforming the developing country into a fully developed country and determining the economy of prosperity and the social market economy.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "THE GROWING IMPORTANCE OF THE COMPUTER GAMES SECTOR IN DEVELOPED ECONOMIES"
Since the 1990s, there has been a strong increase in the importance of the computer games sector in developed economies.
Computer games are not only entertainment, but also an important tool of modern education, such as flight simulators or driving various types of vehicles.
Computer games are also a new type of teaching aids used in the education process in various fields of knowledge.
In the development of these games, many negative aspects concerning the functioning of people and business were noticed. In the future, these negative aspects may be more and may increase, and therefore these processes need to be researched and developed for prevention, security and sustainable development.
In connection with this, the International Institute of Innovation in Poland undertook the implementation of the above-described research project.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "Analysis of security of IT systems protection against the background of the recorded increase in global ransomware cyber attacks on IT systems of enterprises, financial and public institutions"
The intensive development of information technology and data transmission since the end of the last century has also been used to violate the laws and ethics of hacking and cybercrime. In recent years there has been a noticeable increase in hacker attacks, including successful attacks using ransomware malware, ie, blocking infected computers by encrypting access to the operating system or data contained on disks infected with a computer virus. This project presents the security issues and the risks of hacker cyber attacks that were conducted on June 27 with the Petya ransomware virus. The key issue in the context of the scale of malware spread is the efficient and rapid reaction of the media, in which messages are alerting citizens of emerging threats. This issue also applies to the Petya ransomware hacking attack by late June 2017, by which cybercriminals block the operation of computers in many public and financial institutions and businesses. Initially, this cyberatak was mainly about institutions and entities operating in Ukraine, but in the subsequent hours of the spread of the Petya virus, computer infections were also reported on a slightly smaller scale in several other European countries, including Poland. The described cyberatak confirmed the need to permanently activate the processes of system improvement and security procedures for the transfer, processing and archiving of classified data in Internet-connected IT systems.

RESEARCH PROJECT: "Analysis of the interventional national monetary policy of central banking"
The financial market in Poland consists of institutions and rules of the market regulated by the legal norms of laws and regulations defined by the regulations of financial law. The main segment of the financial market in Poland is the banking system, which was modeled after the banking model in 1989 in a two-tier structure divided into central and commercial banking. The central bank is the key institution of the interbank market and indirectly also of the whole financial market. The central bank, when applying monetary financial instruments, regulates the amount of money in the national economy. These instruments include the impact on interest rates on the interbank market, open market operations, credit and deposit operations and the creation of reserve requirements for commercial banks. The application and functioning of these monetary policy instruments is strictly regulated by law. Although the financial market, as well as other markets, is built according to the classical model of a market mechanism in which the two sides of the market, ie demand and supply, interact and are traded in money in cash or in different financial instruments, This market is particularly institutionalized and regulated by law.
