Car Wash

This year's car wash will be on September 9, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m in the EJH Circle Drive.

Students wash cars with members from their band section (details TBA)

Parent volunteers are needed to supervise throughout the day, operate the hoses, and spray Armor All tire foam.  We also are asking for supply donations.  To sign up as a parent volunteer or donate supplies, please follow this link.

Rewards and Prizes

We are promoting the event by distributing advertisement tickets. Please have your child write their name and grade on each ticket (found below); then distribute them to family, neighbors and friends. We will award a prize to the student who sells the most and the family who works the most shifts (parent volunteer shifts count toward their student's shift total). Encourage them to add the date to their online calendar of choice so they don’t forget!

Schedule 

We have divided the day into shifts by section. Please have your child arrive 10 minutes before their shift wearing their “One Band One Sound” if you have one or any EJH band or EJH spirit wear or a red shirt along with flip flops or shoes that can get wet (bare feet are not allowed).

We will need 3-4 parent volunteers to supervise each shift. Please sign up to volunteer here by entering your name and selecting a shift. If you or your child have a conflict with the schedule below, please feel free to sign up for any shift.
