The Agribusiness and Developed Processed Products - Technology Business Incubator (ADePt-TBI) was established in November 2021. It holds the distinction of being the first Department of Agriculture (DA)-operated technology business incubator in the Philippines.
The TBI was created to augment the technology commercialization efforts of the DA Regional Field Office 2 (RFO 02) and serve as its primary hub for business incubation. It was founded to address the slow commercialization of matured, research-based technologies by providing a comprehensive support system for entrepreneurs and cooperatives.
