NCBI is an internationally recognized organization that specializes in providing anti-racist and diversity training to schools, colleges, and law enforcement. NCBI has a special Law Enforcement Division that produces reports for police districts, many near Drexel like Mantua and Easton, on building effective partnerships with neighborhoods and policed communities.
I think we are going to have to take out Philly WeRise. I was doing more research on their website, and they explicitly acknowledge that they are "not an organization, it is a resource for individuals and organizations," so they may not have the capacity to conduct a review of a campus police dept.
I emailed them (Sun., June 13, 2020) to make sure and am waiting to hear back. --Linda
