I hold the right to add any commissioned artwork to my portfolio unless otherwise requested not to. For book covers, I'll ask for a publication date so I don't accidentally spoil anything. If the publication date is changed, please let me know so I don't add it to my portfolio before your cover is revealed. For all designs, I hold the right to reuse elements (never a complete design.)

I do not accept any refunds, for obvious reasons.

You can use commissioned art for commercial purposes, as long as it's your original character or you have the right to profit from it.
