We are a nanofabrication and nanodevice group affiliated with SJTU Mechanical Engineering Department, focused on functional materials and their applications in energy harvesting, smart sensing, and wearable electronics. In particular, we develop an array of advanced nanodevices based on low-dimensional materials using various advanced fabrication and tuning techniques.
