As a health economist, my research explores how digital technologies are transforming healthcare delivery, access, and provider behavior. Recent work examines technology diffusion through physician networks, the adoption and impacts of telemedicine, and AI-assisted clinical decision-making.

I am an Associate Professor at the UC Berkeley School of Public Health, Division of Health Policy and Management. I am also affiliated with the UCSF/UC Berkeley Joint Program in Computational Precision Health, IZA, CESifo, and J-PAL North America, and serve as an associate editor at the Journal of Health Economics.

Before joining Berkeley, I was a faculty member at the Berglas School of Economics at Tel Aviv University and visiting faculty at Stanford’s Department of Economics and the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR). I received my Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University.
