Research

Most of my research interests involve combinatorics and geometry.

My PhD project involves regular subdivisions of generalized permutahedra. Of particular interest is the algebraic geometry associated with subdivisions into cells that are themselves generalized permutahedra.

I am working with Professor Michael Joswig at Technische Universität Berlin.

My first project, with Dr. Emily Clader at San Francisco State University, involved algebraic geometry and graph theory. We studied simplicial complexes that reflect properties of subvarieties in the boundary of moduli spaces of curves.
