Requirements
Full class attendance and participation. Students are permitted two unexcused absences a term. Further unexcused absences will result in a deduction from the final grade.
Written assignments: 1) Ungraded, 1-pg single spaced analysis of Virgilian similes of leaves and birds in Aen. 6, due in class at the end of Week Three; 2) Inf. 33b/Fra Alberigo analysis (8-10 pages) due in the first class on Week Eleven (40%); 3) Take-home final (c. 10 pages) to be distributed in class, Week 14, and due by ____ (50%) 4) Participation (10%).
