To generate videos, uploaded photos may be transmitted to our third-party AI processing provider:
Kling AI (Kling API)
The transmission occurs only after the user has explicitly consented through the in-app consent screen.
Only the images voluntarily uploaded by the user are shared for video generation purposes.
No facial recognition templates, biometric identifiers, or faceprints are created by Dansy AI.
Kling AI processes uploaded content solely for generating the requested video. Users can review Kling AI's privacy practices separately.
Before any uploaded image is sent to Kling AI, users are presented with a consent notice informing them that:

Uploaded photos may be shared with Kling AI for AI video generation.
No other personal data is shared for video generation purposes.

Upon deletion, associated user data will be removed from active systems within a reasonable period.

When an account is deleted:

Uploaded photos are removed from active systems.
Generated videos are removed from active systems.
Optional email addresses are removed from active systems.
Associated personal data is deleted unless retention is legally required.
Dansy AI is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we learn that information has been collected from a child, we will delete it promptly.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
