DRESS REHEARSAL & PICTURES

What: Rehearsal in COSTUME

When: Thursday, March 13th; Friday, March 14th; Saturday, March 15th; & Sunday, March 16th  

Where: Northwestern Polytechnic (NWP) - DJC Performing Arts Center

• Dress Rehearsal will take place at NWP - DJC Performing Arts Center.

• Please arrive at the listed arrival time on your costume info sheet. 

• Please arrive with costume on, hair done and make up applied.  (See below for instructions)

PICTURES

• Please MEET in front of D308 to be lined up for pictures. 

  • D308 is upstairs above the theater. Please follow signage to the classroom. Lobby elevator can be used. 

YOU MUST PRE ORDER PICTURES - DUE MONDAY March 10th

• Please CLICK HERE to order pictures for all Discover Dance and Elements! 

• Pre Orders must be ordered and paid for BY  MONDAY March 10th

• Orders will be accepted at the venue at event day prices. Orders will not be sent if payment is not received by Sunday, March 16th. 

• Once your dancer is with their teacher, parents can return in 30 mins.

• Please meet your dancer near D208 (main level) to be picked up.

DRESS REHEARSAL

• Dancers will then be taken into the theatre by their teacher to the stage where they will have a 15-minute time slot to practice their dance on stage. 

• Dress Rehearsal allows dancers to get familiar with the stage & bright lights without an audience. 

• We will be looking for one volunteer for our little dancers. Sign up genius has been emailed or CLICK HERE to access.

• Volunteers will assist in getting dancers to and from the stage and returning kids to parents. 

• Dancers will be brought to D208 when they are finished and you can then take your child home. 

• D208 will be used for the changeroom! Change Rooms can be used for changing costumes during this time. Parents are to assist the dancers changing during Dress Rehearsal. Males should use bathrooms for changing. Please remind dads and brothers D208 is a FEMALE CHANGING AREA.
