8” wide, 3 layers. Serves 12–16.

With over 20 years’ experience in catering and hospitality, I discovered that baking is where I feel most creative and fulfilled. What started as making cakes and treats for family and friends has grown into a small business where I now share that same care, creativity, and love of good food with the Norwich community. From gooey brownies to celebration cakes, I use the best ingredients and my years of experience to make sure every bake is something special.
