By enrolling in classes, participating in events, or using the Dansayiti website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all students, parents/guardians, and users of Dansayiti’s services and facilities.
All students must complete the official registration process before participating in any Dansayiti classes or events.
Enrolment is for the full season or term, unless otherwise specified.
Drop-In Option: Dansayiti offers a drop-in class option for select classes. Drop-in participants must register online or in person prior to the class and pay the designated drop-in fee. Drop-in fees are non-refundable and must be paid before the start of class. Availability is subject to class capacity and instructor approval.
Tuition fees for enrolled students are due in advance, payable monthly or as otherwise agreed. All tuition payments are non-refundable.
If a student joins mid-term, tuition will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Additional fees may apply for costumes, performances, workshops, or assessments.
If you wish to withdraw from classes, written notice must be provided at least four weeks in advance. Failure to provide notice may result in additional charges.
No refunds or credits are given for missed classes due to personal circumstances. Make-up classes may be offered, subject to availability.
Regular attendance is expected for enrolled students. Excessive absences may affect participation in performances or assessments.
Drop-in participants are not guaranteed a permanent spot in the class and are admitted based on space availability.
Class placement is at the discretion of Dansayiti instructors and may be adjusted based on age, ability, or class availability.
All fees must be paid by the specified due date. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Drop-in fees must be paid in full before the start of each class.
Payment plans may be available upon request for enrolled students.
All payments, including for costumes and events, must be completed before the end of the season or term.
Dansayiti reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. If Dansayiti cancels a class before the start of a term, a refund will be issued for that class only.
No refunds are provided for withdrawal after the term has commenced, except as required by law.
Drop-in fees are non-refundable, except in the event that Dansayiti cancels the class.
In the event of class cancellations during a term, efforts will be made to offer make-up classes.
All students and families are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
Students must adhere to Dansayiti’s dress code and safety guidelines at all times.
Participants, Parents/guardians must inform Dansayiti of any medical conditions or injuries prior to class participation.
In the event of injury or medical emergency, Dansayiti staff are authorized to seek appropriate medical assistance. All related costs are the responsibility of the participant or their parent/guardian.
Dansayiti is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property on the premises.
By participating in Dansayiti classes or events, you grant permission for photographs and videos taken during classes, rehearsals, or performances to be used for promotional, marketing, or instructional purposes. If you do not wish to grant this permission, you must notify Dansayiti in writing prior to participation.
Dansayiti is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages sustained while participating in classes, rehearsals, workshops, or performances, except as required by law.
Dansayiti is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Dansayiti reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in Dansayiti programs constitutes acceptance of any changes. Please review this page periodically for updates.

I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of physical injury associated with dance and dance training, and I voluntarily assume all such risks. I hereby release Dansayiti, its event sponsors, staff, and instructors from any and all liability for injuries or illnesses sustained while attending or participating in any classes, rehearsals, workshops, or performances. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dansayiti, its employees, and instructors against any claims, costs, or judgments arising from acts or omissions by myself or my child that result in injury or damage to any person or property.
I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for safeguarding my personal belongings while attending or participating in any classes, rehearsals, workshops, or performances. I hereby release Dansayiti, its affiliated studios, event sponsors, staff, and instructors from any liability for loss or damage to my personal property during participation. I also agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies established by Dansayiti.
In the event of physical injury or medical emergency, I authorize Dansayiti to arrange for transportation and medical treatment for myself or my child as deemed necessary. I understand that all costs related to such transportation and treatment are my responsibility. If my child is under 18 or in the case of an extreme emergency, I understand that Dansayiti will attempt to contact the emergency contact(s) listed below regarding my condition and how to reach me.
Dansayiti reserves the right to use photographs and video recordings taken during classes, workshops, performances, or other related events for instructional, promotional, and advertising purposes. Students, or parents/guardians of minors, who do not wish to comply with this policy must inform Dansayiti prior to participating in any class.
By signing this release, I confirm that I have thoroughly read and understood the contents of this waiver and hold harmless agreement, and that I sign it voluntarily. No verbal assurances or promises have been made to me outside of this written agreement. I affirm that I am at least 18 years old and legally competent to sign this document, and that I am executing this release with the intention of being fully bound by its terms. I further state that there are no health-related reasons or conditions preventing or limiting my or my child’s participation in this activity, and I accept responsibility for any medical expenses that may result from injury to myself or my child.
This Membership Contract (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of signature, by and between Dansayiti (“Troupe”) and yourself (“Member”), and is valid for a period of two years (720 calendar days) or until termination or voluntary withdrawal.
The Member affirms they are at least 18 years of age and have completed all registration requirements.

Costume/Uniform Fee (when applicable).
Other fees mutually agreed upon for various expenses including, but not limited to local, national, or international travel, special workshops registration, other dance-related activities
All fees are non-refundable except in the event of troupe cancellation.
The Member agrees to attend all scheduled rehearsals, performances, and meetings.
Absences must be communicated in advance and may require justification.
Excessive absences may result in suspension or termination of membership.
The Member agrees to show respect to all instructors, fellow members, and staff.
Punctuality and preparedness are required for all troupe activities.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination.
The Member acknowledges that dance is a physical activity with inherent risks.
The Member releases the Troupe, its directors, instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages sustained during rehearsals, performances, or related activities.
All choreographies, routines, music mixes, costumes, and creative works developed within the Troupe are the exclusive property of the Troupe.
The Member shall not reproduce, share, teach, or perform these materials outside the Troupe without explicit written permission.
Any attempt to steal, copy, distribute creative content may result in immediate dismissal and lead to legal action.
The Member consents to being photographed and filmed during troupe activities.
The Troupe has the right to use images and videos for promotional purposes in any format.
The Troupe may terminate membership at its discretion for violation of any terms or disruptive conduct.
The Member may withdraw voluntarily with written notice. Paid fees are non-refundable.
Attend all required activities.
Practice assigned choreography outside rehearsals.
Maintain costumes and props in good condition and return them to director upon request.
Act as Ambassador of the Troupe and represent it positively in public and online.
Respect the confidentiality of internal matters and creative works even after termination or withdrawal.
Dance training and skill development.
Opportunities to perform at various events and receive occasional monetary compensation.
Participation and achievement certificate, and/or volunteering letter (when requested).
Networking and collaboration opportunities (including with local and international artists).
Potential for travel and media exposure.
Other forms of compensation or occasional gifts.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties. By signing below, the Member acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
