I have solid international experience (Brazil, Ireland and United Kingdom), working with project leadership, improvement of processes, strategic management and development of complex solutions in multidisciplinary environments. Currently, my focus is on Projects, Strategy, Operations, Performance, and Organisational Transformation positions, where I can generate real impact through analysis, execution and leadership
Throughout my career, I develop strong analytical skills combined with a systemic view and focus on results. Worked with OKRs, KPIs, performance management, process review, curriculum development, leadership of technical teams and innovation projects. I also have experience with Python, MATLAB, Excel, Data Analytics, and I am currently improving my knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and strategic communication.
I am known for my organisation, critical thinking, reliability and the ability to transform complex challenges into structured solutions. I am comfortable working with different profiles and cultures, leading multidisciplinary teams and connecting people around common goals. Outside the workplace, I enjoy reading, science and technology, strategy, working out and continuous learning.
Among my relevant results in an international setting, I led the restructuring of a Team Project teaching module, raising the student satisfaction from 2.8 to 3.6; reduced operational failures around 20%; raised €102 mil in research projects; published 19+ international research papers; and developed professionals who now work globally. I also conducted initiatives of curriculum review aligned to the current job market and projects with social and educational impact.
