Here are 10 paintings about Eve from the Garden of Eden, all Acrylic on Canvas, measuring 45cm by 80cm.

I was inspired by the story of Eve from the Bible, Eve being the first woman on Earth is quite the role to play for a whole planet so making research about her was inevitable. Turns I and the many people I asked don’t know what Eve looked like, which led to my decision, I should replace her head and face with flowers and markings.

Paintings of Greek gods

The paintings are about gods during the Greek ancient days and are definitely where I got my inspiration from.

These are all Oil on Canvas paintings measuring 50cm by 70cm. There are mainly 12 gods, but I decided to paint 10 of them.

Zeus the god of thunder and lightning, Poseidon god of the sea, Hades the god of the underworld, Apollo god of the sun and music, Ares god of war, Aphrodite goddess of love, Hera goddess of marriage, Demeter goddess of the harvest, Artemis goddess of hunting, Athena goddess of judgment.

Ares was the Greek god of war

and perhaps the most unpopular of all the Olympian gods because of his

quick temper, aggressiveness,

and unquenchable thirst for conflict.

He famously seduced Aphrodite,

unsuccessfully fought with Hercules,

and enraged Poseidon by

killing his son Halirrhothios.

Aphrodite is the ancient

Greek goddess of sexual love and beauty,

identified with Venus by the Romans.

Additionally, Aphrodite was widely worshipped.

as a goddess of the sea and of seafaring.

She was also honoured as a goddess of war,

especially at Sparta,

Thebes, Cyprus, and other places

Apollo is one of Greek mythology's most important gods, a beardless, youthful, and athletic figure. He is the god of the sun,

light, knowledge, music, art, poetry, oracles,

medicine, archery, and prophecy.

Apollo is the son of Zeus and Leto. ...

As the god of the sun,

Apollo moved the sun with his chariot.

and golden horses.

Though Demeter is often described simply

as the goddess of the harvest,

she presided also over the sacred law,

and the cycle of life and death. ...

Demeter was often considered to

be the same figure as the Anatolian

goddess Cybele, and she was identified

with the Roman goddess Ceres.

Artemis is the Greek goddess of the hunt,

wilderness, moon, and archery.

She is the twin sister of

the god Apollo and one of the

Twelve Olympian gods who

live on Mount Olympus.

She spends much of her time in the forest surrounded by animals.

What is the real meaning of sunset?

The apparent descent of the sun below the horizon also, the accompanying atmospheric effects what happens during a sunset?

“Because the sun is low on the horizon, sunlight passes through more air at sunset and sunrise than during the day, when the sun is higher in the sky. More atmosphere means more molecules to scatter the violet and blue light away from your eyes.

Astronomers recognize three stages of twilight: civil, nautical, and astronomical. All three stages happen twice in a 24-hour period, between day and night, repeating in reverse order between night and day.

I was inspired by this event of the day that seems to keep happening no matter how many people love it or hate it.

HUMANITY AND TECHNOLOGY

"Welcome to the exhibition featuring 18 Paintings and 2 Study Boards, exploring the theme of 'HUMANITY AND TECHNOLOGY.' As you engage with the artworks and delve into my concept of the paradox of Technology in contemporary society, you will discover a collection produced between July and October 2022. Drawing inspiration from Surrealism, which visually portrayed the aftermath of World War II, as well as animated movies, Anime, Ugandan Contemporary Visual Arts, abstracts, and fantasy-related ideas, I present my perspective on the value of Technology in our society, its potential dangers to humanity, and its potential for abuse.

It is important to note that I do not seek to diminish the significance of science and Technology. Instead, my aim is to shed light on the dual nature of technology, comparable to a coin with both positive and negative aspects, depending on how, when, and by whom it is used. My artworks invite psychological interpretations.

Reflecting on the phrase, 'Without Technology we are also lost to the stone age,' we ponder the possibility of machines, created by humans, taking over and ruling our lives. It may be that this invasion has already begun subtly, with the small items we purchase from stores or online platforms. However, this thought could be dismissed as mere paranoia.

In an era where our gadgets often overshadow human connection, I encourage you to be present in the moment when engaging with others. Let us not forget that we risk becoming engulfed by an overwhelming dependence on technology, which hinders the human experiences that should truly define our interactions."
