I am Assistant Professor and Faculty Fellow in the NYU Center for Bioethics.  I work primarily in moral and political philosophy.

Prior to coming to NYU, I received my Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley.  Before that, I received a J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, an M.A. from the New York University Center for Bioethics, and a B.S. in Mathematics/B.A. in Philosophy from Indiana University, Bloomington.
