The Rusty Tambourine

The Rusty Tambourine is a Green Bay, WI local two-piece band performing a wide variety of cover songs and originals. The group consists of Dani Maus (vocals / keyboard / tambourine / guitar) and her brother-in-law Chris Campbell (guitar / djembe). The duo has been playing and making music together for over 10 years, but has recently gained popularity in the area.

Influences of The Rusty Tambourine can be heard not only in their song selection, but in the way they transform old and new favorites into delicately crafted covers that verge on the edge of becoming something entirely else. Classic rock, blues, folk and pop are some of the many genres that interweave The Rusty Tambourine’s music.

Lately, the group has shifted some focus to writing new, original music - fore fronted by Dani’s strong, collective writing and bluesy, yet melodic vocals.
