Product Warranty

All products supplied by us are covered by their manufacturer warranties (typically 1–5 years depending on brand). We assist with warranty claims for products we supply.

Compliance Guarantee

Any electrical work requiring a COES is guaranteed to comply with Victorian electrical safety laws.

If any defect is found that is directly related to our work, we will rectify it at no cost.

Exclusions

• Pre-existing wiring faults

• Customer-supplied fittings

• Pest or water damage

• Physical damage or misuse

• Alterations by other trades

• Surge/storm damage without surge protection installed
