Animator | Content Creator | Artist
I am Danielle Ruby B. Conde, currently 17 years old studying in CIIT Senior High School Inc. in the Animation Track. Whenever I have free time, I tend to get lost on the internet admiring other people's artworks, and I usually like to study character design to enhance my creativity and ideas to make unique ones for myself. I am punctual, cooperative and responsible. Prioritizing passion over academic achievements is what I believe that lead me to where I am today.
I started posting animations on YouTube when I was 11 just for fun and got popular—crazy, right? I ended up gaining over 50 million views across my two channels. I was an early hustler, but after a life-changing event, I spiraled downward and took a break for a while. Even though things got tough, I didn’t want that to stop me from becoming the person I want to be. During that break, my appreciation for animation only grew.
You know that feeling when you're watching a show or playing a game and forget your problems for a while? Lost realizing hours already passed. That’s what animation is for me—it’s not just for kids. It’s a source of comfort and inspiration, something that can lift you during difficult times, or maybe even distract you from your responsibilities, the act of bringing art to life. I want to create that same feeling for others or be part of a team that can. I’m proud to say I’ve done that for my community already.
What excites me about studying animation is the chance to keep learning, like my dad did, and to continue growing as an artist. I’ve consistently earned honors, been awarded best in graphic design, and ranked in the top 5 for flour sack animation. Other than academics, I’ve worked as a marketer for a webinar, been noticed by the creators of FlipaClip, recently features in CIIT''s Facebook page for my work, and gained over 55 million views on YouTube. It may not be a big studio, but I know I’ve been part of someone’s childhood.
My whole life didn’t just center on the success, it’s also about the impact those creations had on others. Every animation, games and films are not just a big product for profit, it’s a way to offer us a glimpse into the stories passionate artists have. I realized that through my work, I can offer the same comfort, laughter, and inspiration that I’ve experienced myself. This understanding only made me more determined to improve, to learn more about storytelling, and to refine my skills so I could create experiences that resonate deeply with others as much as they have with me.
I believe your university/company will give me the experience and knowledge to become the professional animator I’ve always wanted to be. I can’t promise I’ll be perfect, but I can promise I’ll finish strong.
