My Spectacle Group Exhibition

My Spectacle was a group show held at the Gales Gallery in York University during November 2023. It was organized by 8 artists united by their friendship, and celebrated childhood, self-indulgence, and the joy of creating.

For this show I created an interactive piece consisting of 33 Cootie Catchers (also called fortune tellers), each made of differing mediums, themes, and sizes. I also showcased a screen print with a scanable QR code, a bedazzled ceramic sculpture, and a screen printed t-shirt of a Barbie-Oppenheimer crossover.
