Excellent service. I called to get tires put on my Cayenne and they were able to get me in the same day! I didn’t expect it and was thrilled they were able to accommodate me. Their tech even recognized that I needed a battery installed on my remote and replaced it on the spot. Repaired my 2009 Jetta TDI, Its a Clean, friendly place.. The prices were much lower than VW dealer, gave me loaner car at no charge. Baron was so sweet and kind...not the usual..."act like I'm clueless female" tone I get at dealers....Highly Recommend!!!

I'm lucky enough to live right down the street from this place. I've been driving for over 20 years and have met many different auto shops and this has got to be the best one by far. I have brought 3 different models of BMW's to them and their pricing and work is consistently fair and high quality, respectively. I wish I actually found them earlier!
Their capabilities are unmatched. For example, I once went to Plan B Tires in Danbury, CT for new tires and they broke my lug nut off from over torqueing (they said 120lbs shouldn't break it, even though the dealer recommended 88lbs for a BMW lug nut). They did not want to fix it. Nobody wanted to touch it, even places that specialize in Wheels and Tires. Daniel Jacobs LLC took on the job and I was out the door for under $100 in about an hour.
They are extremely professional and can get ANY job done on any car, but mainly they specialize in BMW, Audi, Porsche, or VW. Highly recommended. Their place is also comforting and clean to be in, which is important with this whole virus pandemic going around.
