Daniele Marchesi

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Global Economics and Management at the University of Groningen (the Netherlands). I will defend my PhD thesis in September 2026.

My current research investigates the relationship between income and different dimensions of subjective well-being. I am also interested in income inequalities, how people perceive them, how those perceptions are formed, and the consequences for individuals' views and preferences.
