Mandatory Information

• Full Name: Your legal first, middle (if applicable), and last name must be printed on the license.

• License Type: This identifies your specific license category. It will be either "Real Estate Salesperson" or "Real Estate Broker."

• License Number: This unique identifier is assigned by TREC and serves as your official license reference.

• Expiration Date: The date your license expires is prominently displayed to ensure timely renewal for continued practice.
